Robyn RyanAdvertising Director/Associate Editor PCM
Robyn Ryan joined our creative team at MyMediaMatters as our Ponca City Monthly Magazine Advertising Director/Associate Editor in February of 2020, prior to the premier issue of the publication, a hyper-local community magazine in April of 2020. When Robyn isn’t out and about taking care of her advertising clients, whose support allows the magazine to be distributed to the public for free, she is utilizing her over 42 years of graphic design experience creating about 95% of all of the advertisements featured in the magazine. As Associate Editor, she enjoys fine-tuning the magazine each month before it is sent to the printer. Having grown from 32-pages to 80 pages in less than two years, www.PoncaCityMonthy.com now has around 40,000 visitors monthly and around 8,000 physical magazines are distributed each month locally. Robyn was employed by The Ponca City News for 25 years and retired in 2019 from her position as Advertising Director. That retirement lasted about six months. During a chance meeting with Kelsey, and learning about the idea for Ponca City Monthly Magazine, Robyn was eager to jump on board and has enjoyed every minute since. She loves being able to work with her Ponca City News advertising clients again in her role as Advertising Director for Ponca City Monthly and is equally excited to assist new business owners in promoting themselves through advertising. Anyone who has ever had the pleasure of working with Robyn knows that customers become more than clients; they become friends.

Hayley HarrisonOffice Manager/Associate Editor PCM
After being a stay-at-home mom for five years, Hayley rejoined the work force in 2020 as the Assistant Executive Director for the City Arts organization. She enjoyed every aspect of working in the non-profit sector, and that is where she discovered her knack and passion for grant-writing. Over the course of two years, Hayley procured funding for many of the organization’s services and programs, and she continues to be an avid local arts advocate and supporter today. Hayley lives in rural, small-town Oklahoma with her husband J Berry, two daughters, Harper Grace and Berry Beth, and one very spirited basset hound named Sturgill. When Hayley is not at her desk or standing in front of her washing machine at home (a struggle that all working parents know) she enjoys spending time in her garden, shamelessly watching reality tv shows with her husband, perusing the shelves of her local public library, and then subsequently staying up way too late reading every night. But what gives her the most joy of all, is traveling with her daughters and watching their faces light up with the thrill and excitement of new experiences. Hayley is excited to be a member of the MyMediaMatters and Ponca City Monthly team, and she looks forward to watching your small-business dreams come true!
