Job Title: Office Manager

FLSA Status: Part-time, non-exempt
Summary/Objective:
MyMediaMatters is a Marketing Agency that specializes in web design, graphic design, social media management and is the publishing company of Ponca City Monthly. We are a rapidly growing marketing agency and need a motivated, self-disciplined person to join our team! We are looking for a personable professional that excels at multitasking in fast-paced environments who can wear multiple hats handling many tasks including admin duties, answering phones, assisting with client projects, and managing receivables and payables. Applicants must have QuickBooks Online experience and be able to provide outstanding customer service. Must have a strong work ethic, be able to demonstrate their ability to work independently as well as work-seamlessly with a team and a strong inclination to take initiative. This position pays an Hourly rate between $11-$15, depending on qualifications and experience. MyMediaMatters is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Ideal candidate must be able to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
● Accounts receivable and payable in Quickbooks
● Answer telephone in a professional manner and direct calls accordingly
● Provide basic email, domain name or website tech support
● Assist with invoicing and other basic client account management
● Run weekly, monthly, and annual reports
● Order and stock office supplies
Qualifications:
● Experienced in Quickbooks Online
● Be a proficient writer and speller
● Have exceptional customer service skills
● Be willing to learn new skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
● Dependable, professional and takes initiative
● Be on time to work everyday
● Able to multi-task and adjust to changing workload
● Well organized and detail-oriented
● Strong communication skills with compelling results
Certifications/Skills/Knowledge:
Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (greater than 10 pounds).
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a Part time position. 30 hours per week and 6 hours per day, with a 90-day probationary period.

- Knowledge of DNS and Email servers
- College education is preferred, but not required.
